Hi, I'm Kara
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents and parents. I create a respectful, judgment free environment where clients can work through the emotions of life's challenges. I believe that hurt happens but that hurt can be healed when those feelings are validated and heard by someone who genuinely cares. I work to build a relationship with my clients where they feel supported and can work toward positive life change.
